  1. Morning walk on grass is good for your eyes.
  2. Through daily exercise your body stemna remain balance.
  3. your muscles will strong permanently.
  4. you will feel fresh environment through daily exercise. 
  5. you will never become ill.

Food;

  1. Almond is best for your brain.
  2. Chocolate milk is necessary for body builders.
  3. Spinach,apple,tomato,beet,animals liver and potato increase your blood.
  4.  Milk is good for your bones and body power.
  5. Butter,yogurt,Desi ghee and milk shake is best formula for body builders..
  6. Fish maintain your body temperature in winter.
  7. Fish is good source of vitamin A.
  8. Daily Two boiled eggs are good for adults.
  9. Every soup is important for bodybuilders.

  10. Peaches are a highly nutritious food source when eaten raw.  They are a good source of energy, carbohydrates, dietary fiber, iron, potassium, vitamin A, vitamin B (folate) and vitamin C.   Peaches are also a rich source of bioactive compounds including phenolic acids, anthocyanins, flavonoids, and procyanidins.
