you need:
Soy Slender SoyMilk (chocolate)
1 serving: 1 cup, 70 cals, 3g fat .5 sat fat, 5g carbs 4g fiber and 7g protein (real good)
1 scoop protein: 110 cals 2g fat 3g carb, 1 fiber, 22g protein
Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup: use to taste 0 cals 0 carbs etc.
6 Icecubes

Total: 180 cals, 5g fat 1.5g sat fat, 8 carbs, 5 fiber, 29g protein

throw all in blender and BAM legit chocolate shake so good
